Lightning Shield M points for D seconds
This effect does two different things. First, it provides M% Resist Shock, thus reducing Shock Damage by M%. Secondly, enemies next to the casting character will be damaged at 1 point elemental damage per 10 points spell strength.

- This effect's name is somewhat inconsistent, in that all other effects relating to Shock Damage use the word "Shock" instead of "Lightning". Since all Fire, Frost, and Poison effects use one word each in their effect names, it makes this one stand out.
