Galyn Arvel, a Dunmer rogue, is a member of the abolitionist group Twin Lamps, in Ald Velothi. She arranges safe travel for escaped slaves at the docks of Ald Velothi. Like Ilmeni Dren she's a member of a prominent Hlaalu family that uses slave labor - although, in this case, probably a more distant relation, since local rumors around Ald Velothi indicate that the Arvel family that live there have done so for a long time, and are well-respected in the area despite being Hlaalus living in Redoran territory, implying that they are probably distant rather than close relations of the Arvels of the southern plantations.
