Dronos Llervu is a Dunmer smith who has a shop in the Lower Level of Ghostgate's Tower of Dusk. He has a selection of armor and a few weapons for sale, as well as offering repair services. Most notably, he has an almost complete (lacking only a set of greaves and a tower shield) collection of glass armor for sale, as well as being the owner of the only set of glass bracers in Morrowind without the Tribunal expansion. It's mostly out in full view on his shelves if you care to attempt robbing him instead of buying it. Aside from his natural resistance to fire and the sanctuary provided by his ancestors, he knows no spells.
