Dralsea Arethi is a Dunmer commoner living in Balmora. She can be found wandering outside in the neighboring area (usually near Caius Cosades' house). She wears a common shirt with matching skirt, shoes and ring. Aside from her natural resistance to fire and the sanctuary provided by her ancestors, she knows no spells.
She has a small, one-room house in the Labor Town district of Balmora. Near the entrance are a few counters and containers full of clutter. On the other side of the house, there's a bed, a locked chest containing clothing, and a locked table containing a pearl (or a diamond) and some clutter.
When asked about latest rumors, she will tell you: "House Hlaalu's guar herders have had some hard times these last few years."

- There is a minor inconsistency with the spelling of her name: on her person she is called "Dralsea Arethi" whereas she is named "Dralcea Arethi" in her house and editor ID.
