Morrowind:Dispel Potion Formula

1 unit pearl

1 unit moon sugar

Crush pearl to form a power.

Heat moon sugar until it melts and begins turning brown.

Add pearl dust and remove from heat.

Cool with water and add to an alembic.

Boil the mixture and collect the vapor.
