Balis Sari

Balis Sari is a hostile Dunmer agent located in Abernanit. He is a medium trainer in Short Blade, and a minor trainer in Light Armor and Sneak, if you can manage to speak to him.

Balis wears a common shirt with matching pants and ring along with cloth bracers and netch leather boots. He also carries a pair of common shoes, an apprentice's probe, and an iron dagger. Aside from his natural resistance to fire and the sanctuary provided by his ancestors, he knows no spells.
