[[Skyrim:The Longhammer|The Longhammer]] is a unique [[Skyrim:Orcish Warhammer|Orcish warhammer]] that belonged to the [[Skyrim:Bandit|bandit]] [[Skyrim:Rahd|Rahd]] before he was killed during a [[Skyrim:Falmer|Falmer]] attack as part of the [[Skyrim:Liar's Retreat (quest)|related quest]]. It can be recovered from the Breton's dead grasp within [[Skyrim:Liar's Retreat|Liar's Retreat]]. Compared to the standard Orcish warhammer, the Longhammer weighs eight units less, while also having half the base value of the normal version. The true value of the weapon is its speed, as it has the same swinging speed as a mace. While it lacks an enchantment, one can be added after acquiring it to further improve its worth. [[Skyrim:Grindstone|Tempering]] this weapon requires an [[Skyrim:Orichalcum Ingot|orichalcum ingot]], with any improvements made being doubled if the [[Skyrim:Orcish Smithing|Orcish Smithing]] perk is also unlocked.<noinclude>
Rahd can be found next to his signature weapon, having been killed by Falmer as a grisly sacrifice.
