The article covers Bethesda's rewrite of "every major system powering the gameplay experience" resulting in the new "Creation Engine and Kit". A [http://www.bethblog.com BethBlog] [http://bethblog.com/index.php/2011/01/19/new-creation-kit-to-bring-modding-tools-to-skyrim/ post] has expanded a little on this, confirming that the Creation Kit will be in effect a modding tool, "much like the Elder Scrolls Construction Set." Increased draw distances, dynamic lighting and shadowing systems, more realistic and unique landscapes and foliage, and realistic precipitation effects are discussed, along with the improved Radiant AI, the new Radiant Story system, and Havok's new Behavior movement system for NPCs and creatures (including dragons).
