In the end, {{Lore Link|Sentinel (kingdom)|Sentinel}}, {{Lore Link|Wayrest (kingdom)|Wayrest}}, {{Lore Link|Daggerfall (kingdom)|Daggerfall}}, {{Lore Link|Orsinium}}, and the Emperor all gained control of this artifact and used it to control {{Lore Link|Numidium}} and thus consolidate their political powers, somehow at the same exact time.{{ref|name=TWINTW}} On the 9th of Frostfall, there were forty-four citystates.
