The {{Lore Link|Blackwood Company}} was a minor mercenary faction that began to operate in the {{Lore Link|Empire|Imperial}} province of {{Lore Link|Cyrodiil}}, out of the city {{Lore Link|Leyawiin}} and the {{Lore Link|Blackwood|Blackwood Forest}}, during the latter days of the {{Lore Link|Third Era}}, and simultaneous to the {{Lore Link|Oblivion Crisis}}.
