You may receive this quest from [[Morrowind:Radd Hard-Heart|Radd Hard-Heart]] at [[Morrowind:Moonmoth Legion Fort|Moonmoth Legion Fort]] or take the initiative after townspeople tell you about a pair of netch harassing [[Morrowind:Gnaar Mok|Gnaar Mok]].
===Find the Beasts===
You may find both [[Morrowind:netch|netch]] together on an island just north of Gnaar Mok. There is a small footbridge to the island if you look carefully; it's very unobtrusive and made only of a few planks. You can kill both Netch without even starting the quest.
===Kill the Breeding Netch===
Find a bull and a betty - kill them to complete the quest. When killed, the game gives you the message "you killed a breeding netch." Return to Radd.
