The Abandoned Building is a building in Raven Rock.
It is uninhabited until the quest Cleansing the Stones is completed, after which Bralsa Drel and Rirns Llervu move in. It can be found as the last building on the waterfront heading towards the Earth Stone.

Abandoned Building
The house does not contain much of value. In the first room there are five bottles of Nord mead, two bottles of matze, a bottle of sujamma, a few tankards, and a copy of the books The Poison Song, Book IV and Confessions of a Dunmer Skooma Eater. The room on the far side of the house contains another bottle of sujamma, a bottle of flin, and a bottle of shein. A sparse meal of bread, and a wedge of goat cheese is laid out by two bed rolls marked as owned. There is also is a copy of The Five Far Stars. The staircase leads to the upper floor with only clutter.
