Hroldar the Strange is a stubborn yet pacifist Nord barbarian that is blocking the entrance to the Raven Rock Ebony mine. If you side with Carnius Magius, he will also help you later on to stop the messenger. Aside from his natural resistance to shock, immunity to frost, ability to shield himself, and a natural frost damage spell, he knows no spells.
