Gamin Girith is a Dunmer commoner initially located at the docks of Fort Frostmoth, he will become part of the colony of Raven Rock after you escort him there with his fellow workers. In a later quest, he might have seen some lights from a raiding party off to the northwest. He wears a common shirt with matching pants and shoes. Aside from his natural resistance to fire and the sanctuary provided by his ancestors, he knows no spells.
