3 is a campsite east of Bravil south of the Panther River (near the R in river) containing bandits.
Up to three bandits (one may be a dog) can be found here. The campsite contains three small tents and three accompanying stools circled around an extinguished campfire with a cooking spit. There are three sacks and the one nearest to the Easternmost tent and the open-topped sack are safe for storage (The sack near the tent may have some silverware inside) The final sack, nearest to the Northeastern stool, is not safe for storage.(Although the bandits may take and use some items stored in the sacks, so be weary when storing those healing potions)
