Notes
- If the Intense Flames perk is unlocked, the fear effect Intense Flames Fear (

) is added to all Fire Damage spells. - Unlike similar effects in previous games, if you fight and injure an enemy under this effect, they will still flee rather than canceling its effects and turning to fight.
- Although Fear is considered a negative effect and will result in a poison, it does not benefit from the Poisoner perk.
