Whinnie is a unique white horse that is owned by Endaraste. Endaraste is leaving Phaer due to the sickness, and taking Whinnie with her. The pair can later be found outside of Skywatch, being denied access to the city out of fear that the Phaer refugees might be carrying the plague.
Notes
- While Whinnie is a white horse in its first appearance outside Phaer, it becomes a brown horse when outside of Skywatch.
