Rilen Arthalen is a Dunmer citizen of Selfora. Initially, he is trapped in the Salen House and needs to be saved during the related quest. Rilen is the son of Orara and Tidyn Arthalen and the brother of Elynisi.
Once the town is safe, he can be found near the Selfora Inn. When spoken to, Rilen tells you, "Father was such a good man. I'm glad he managed to help you."
