Fisinwe is an Altmer resident of the town of Phaer, which is currently enveloped by a virulent plague. She can be found in the hospice, under the care of Hendil, but speaking to her will reveal her as a fraud: "Shh. Quiet. I'm just pretending to be sick so I can be with my husband. They put him in quarantine last week, I'm so worried about him. Don't tell anyone."
