The Great Chapel of Zenithar is in northwest Leyawiin, across the street from Margarte's house. This chapel specializes in Endurance and Luck.
The building is divided into the Great Chapel of Zenithar, the Chapel Hall, and the Chapel Undercroft.
With the Knights of the Nine official plug-in, the quest The Path of the Righteous takes place mostly in this chapel, and the differences it brings about are noted below.
The Great Chapel of Zenithar
The three front doors open onto an entrance with a short set of stairs in the middle of this area leading to a small hallway with two doors on the north wall to the undercroft and the one on the south wall to the chapel hall. The main room of the chapel is two steps lower than the entrance, and the large cathedral altar sits at the end, with nine altars - one to each of the Nine Divines - surrounding the main room. Avrus Adas, Kantav Cheynoslin, and Silana Blandia can often be found here.
Chapel Hall
The main room of the Chapel Hall is a storage and dining room, with two barrels containing food in the northeast corner, two in the southwest corner, and another in the southeast corner, next to two sacks that also hold food. The two wine racks that are also in this corner hold twenty bottles of cheap wine. On the table in the middle room are two loaves of bread, two bottles of Surilie Brothers Wine, and a bottle of Tamika's West Weald Wine.
Through the doorway on the south wall lead two sets of stairs lead down to the north and to the south; the northern one reveals a small bedroom with a single bed in the southwest corner. The chest next to it contains clutter and has a bottle of Surilie Brothers Wine on top. The cupboard on the north wall contains clothing, and the desk next to it contains clutter and/or a common book, and has a loaf of bread sitting on top.
The stairs to the south lead to a small room with a single bed in the northwest corner; a chest containing clutter sits next to it. The desk on the curved southern wall contains clutter and/or a common book, and the cupboard next to it contains clothing. On top of the desk is a copy of the Alteration skill book Sithis.
The door between the stairs opens into a large bedroom with a double bed on the east wall. The chest in the northeast corner, the chest in the northwest corner with pumpkins on top, and the chest of drawers in the southwest corner with two bottles of Tamika's West Weald Wine on top all contain clutter, as does the desk in the northwest corner (along with a possibility of a common book in the desk). The cupboard in the southwest corner contains clothing. Two apples sit on top of the desk.
Chapel Undercroft
There are four tombs along each side of the main room of the Undercroft, with a ninth opposite the doors. A skeleton lies in front of the third on the left and a jewelry chest is on the ledge, the second on the right has another jewelry chest on the ledge in front of it, and a sacred lotus blossom is on the ledge in front of the third on the right. Between the second and third tombs on each side, a set of stairs leads down to another two smaller tomb areas. The southern area has three more tombs and two altars. The northern area has two more altars and another three tombs.
Differences with Knights of the Nine
With the Knights of the Nine official plug-in, the quest The Path of the Righteous adds Carodus Oholin and Aron Verethi to the main room of the chapel. In the Chapel Hall, the books on the shelves in the northeast corner are now volumes 1 and 4 of The Song of Pelinal, and volume 7 can be found in the southernmost bedroom on the desk with a skill book. On the table in the main room are two books, Shezarr and the Divines and The Knights of the Nine. A copy of The Adabal-a is on the desk in the northern bedroom. In the Chapel Undercroft, praying to Zenithar at the tomb of Saint Kaladas enables transportation to an extra area, explained on the quest page. After completion of this quest, Aurorans attack the chapel and any present residents upon exiting the undercroft to the upper level.
