Almurbalarammi is a medium-sized Daedric shrine to Sheogorath, located near the center of the peninsula east of Molag Mar.
Inside is a cursed chest with mage loot on the altar, which is protected by five hostile worshippers. One of them, Stlubo Otiustiris, is a trainer, who can be persuaded to train you through the use of Calm spells. Another, Aralosea Romori, carries a copy of the Destruction skill book The Art of War Magic.
