Elberoth was a Bosmer captain who was running supplies for Raven Rock. His ship ran aground on the coast, northwest of the watch tower of the Colony, when they where attacked by draugr. Apronia Alfena is the sole survivor from the stranded Supply Ship.
Elberoth was well-respected by Baro Egnatius, so his old saber might come in handy.
